FIRST USE
Before to use the knife for the first time, wash it with hot water.

ORDINARY CARE
After every single use, wash the knife with neutral soap and dry it with a soft cloth.
Especially wash the knife after cutting food with an hight acidity content.

HANDLE WITH CARE
Manage the knife from the back to the edge while the washing and drying process.
​
CUTTING PLATE
During the cutting process, use the knife on wood or plastic chopping board.
​
DO NOT
Do not use the knife on marble or glasses surfaces, it could cause permanent damage to the blade.
Do not cut bones or frozen food.
Do not let the knife with wood handle in water for a long time.
Do not wash your knife in dishwasher.
