The Process

3D DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Every single knife borns from a specific request of the customer, the 3D phase will give a final view of the product.

CUTTING

The first shape is given to the blade by cutting a raw stainless steel bar.

​

FORGING

The forging is the main process where the knife takes life.

The blade will receive the logo and the uniqueness sign of ATknife, The "Brut the forge" finishing.

​

HEAT TREATING

Here the blade receives a thermal process where the steel molecules are stabilized.

The heat treatment gives to the knife greater resistance.

HANDLE

The handle in wood or plastic material will be worked until the final shape.

After that, the handle will be glued to the blade.

​

SHARPENING

Last but not least.

Here the knife will be ready to start his new life inside your kitchen.
